Q.1 How can I check the prices?

Answer: To check the prices you need to create an account with us, after creating account your request will be processed and will take few hours for confirmation, you will receive a confirmation E-mail. After receiving confirmation E-mail you will be able to see prices and you can buy online as well.

1. One must have a retail shop or an online retail shop (a website or an eBay shop)

2. Complete shop or business address.

3. Shop or business Telephone numbers. (Must be a Land line number)

Q.3 What is minimum order?

Answer: our minimum order limit is £100+VAT

Q. 4 what are the shipping charges.

Answer:

Shipping cost to UK (Mainland only) is £8.50 for, shipping cost to offshore, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and other areas which are not in mainland’s may vary. Please confirm before placing an order.

All orders sent via next day delivery. Orders dispatched same day if placed before 2:00 PM

Shipping is absolutely free on all orders over £250+VAT (this offer is for UK (mainland’s) customers only)

Q5. How I can pay for order?

Answer: You can pay by debit/credit cards, PayPal and by cheque as well.

Q6. How I can Replace Any Product?

Answer:

If you are not happy with any product you have ordered and received from ourselves, then you may return them and get the replacement from us within 7 days by RECORDED DELIVERY (in accordance with these terms) for replacement. You will have to pay us the postage costs for replacement.

 

All returned goods will only be accepted back for replacement, if unused in the same condition as they were sent out, i.e. with all original packaging & with all relevant materials enclosed. Any returns that are not received in this way will NOT be replace and will be held pending contact and an additional postage fee will be charged return items back.

 

NB. You must return the original invoice or a copy of the original invoice with your item and clearly state the reason for why you have returned your item.

 

No replacement items can be dispatched until the returned items have been received by us. Please allow up to15days for any replacement.
